  • Your Top 10 Favorite fights of all time

    I definitely wasn't around during the 1960's 1950's 1970's or the 1980's
so im more of a modern era kinda guy so if im missing any fights from those era's then thats why..but heres mine.. id like to see everybody else's list

    10. Jose Luis Castillo vs Diego Corrales 1 - it seems a bit unfair how diego won but what a survival

    9. Thomas Hearns vs Marvin Hagler - 3 rounds of WAR!!

    8. Arturo Gatti vs Micky Ward 3 - gatti broke his hand in the 3rd round and still won it.. EPIC

    7. Juan Diaz vs Juan Manuel Marquez - FIGHT OF THE YEAR FOR 2009 FORSURE just non stop action…holy jizzz

    6. Marco Antonio Barrera vs Erik Morales 1 - round 5 was just like 0__0

    5. Oscar De La Hoya vs Shane Mosley - MOST COMPETITIVE FIGHT EVER PERIOD, so much intensity tho..like 0__0

    4. Felix Trinidad vs Ricardo Mayorga - Felix’s best fight in my view.. better than his fight with vargas…WOW its like hagler vs hearns but in 8 rounds instead of 3

    3. Miguel Cotto vs Antonio Margarito - WOW…antonio margarito ****in has an IRON JAW it was clear that cotto was a better boxer but the pressure was just too much, FIGHT OF THE YEAR 2008

    2. Manny Pacquiao vs Erik Morales 1 - The Warrior in manny came out after he got cut.. the way he fought in the late rounds on a empty gas tank is just unexplainable

    1. Arturo Gatti vs Micky Ward 1 - Gatti was ROBBED FOR SURE truly the greatest fight ive ever seen, so so inspiring. FIGHT OF THE CENTURY

I don't like putting together top 10 lists because I always forget something. I can just mention a few, in random order.

Holyfield-Bowe I: a classic! unforgettable, incredible 12 rounds of WAR. Holy shows what he's made of in the 10th round while a prime Bowe shows what he's got to offer.

Mercer-Lewis: a pure slugfest! I scored it a draw and it should've been a draw

DeLaHoya-Quartey: one of the most exciting bouts at welterweight ever, simply put-an unnervingly close fight but in the end deserved victory for Golden Boy.

Jones-Tarver I: 12 explosive, furious, pulsating rounds, terribly close fight. Tarver's best fight.

Holyfield-Qawi I: the best cruiserweight fight ever, period.

Spinks-Holmes I: a lankier and slicker Mike Spinks outclasses the heavier and slower Larry Holmes. One for the ages alright.

Eubank-Benn I: the best fight British boxing has to offer. Great performance by both, especially Eubank.

Tyson-Holyfield 1: the greatest fight of Holyfield's career most likely. Tyson fights well in the first 6 or 7 rounds and then slowly succumbs to Holy's fiery assault.

Ali-Frazier I: THE match of them all in heavyweight and boxing history in general! Frazier outworks a more polished, albeit little rusty Ali and makes him kiss the canvas for only the second time in his career.

Ali-Foreman: Ali writes the book on how to beat a bigger, stronger man and follows it to perfection. Big George is finally conquered!
