You see fewer good fights because of the large number of belts though cause fighters are happy with the belts they have so theres no need to risk their reputation fighting the other champions. As a fan this affects you. If Pacquaio didn't win a belt in this fight, he would organise another WW fight soon after which has a belt on the line, now he has no need to if he wins, thats a pacquaio fight YOU would have seen that won't happen
