Since it's obvious Roach and Co. don't care HOW Pacquiao wins all these titles in different divisions, here's the new plan so Pac can win more titles in different divisions than any fighter ever:

1. Cancel Cotto fight. Too much risk, Cotto is a good fighter with a strong will.
2. Take on Isaac Hlatshwayo for IBF Welterweight title. 7th division
3. Take on Cory Spinks for the IBF junior middleweight title. 8th division
4. Take on Felix Sturm for the WBA middleweight title. 9th division
5. Take on Karoly Balzsay for WBO SMW title. 10th division
6. Take on Cabriel Campillo for the WBA LHW title. 11th division.

There you go Pac, 11 divisions, damn you're great.

P.S. - All these fights will be happening at catchweights with Pacquiao getting 90-10 splits wearing puncher's gloves while his opponents are forced to wear pillows.
