Nah but I knew if he came in lookin sharp he wouldn't lose this fight. That Cintron fight was soo sloppy and lazy from Angulo that it just didn't look right. He didn't look strong at all, and he wasn't even able to keep his punches short and quick in that fight. And that's his strength, short hard shots. Plus his upper body was all weak and lethargic looking from the second or third round in that fight.

Now he had an exchange right before the first bell with this guy, it wasn't anything serious, but you could tell right than and there that Angulo was fired up and sturdy for this one. You could just see it in his body language. But he just put the hammer on this dude, and looked lively in the process. Good win, and good decision to get back in the ring right away.

Angulo has a long road back to the status he had before the Kermit Cintron fight but this was a very good comeback performance by him.

I'm not sure if he has improved too much but he showed he is still a threat in the division.
