Pavlik vs. Williams. Time to come clean!

I think William's chin will hold up ok. He took bombs from Quintana and Plasterito for 12 rounds (Yes I know Pavlik hits harder).... He also took some very solid shots against Phillips and Winky and just wanted to fight more.

I think Pavlik is going to be confused in this fight.... very confused.

Fighting a retired 37 year old and the prime MW champion is two very different things. Williams won't last the distance.

Williams is no Hopkins, he doesn't have the footspeed, angles or even (gasp!!) reflexes Hopkins has even at 44. If you stand and trade with Pavlik and you're not a legit 160 lber, you will lose. Pavlik punches straighter, harder, has a better jab and accuracy than Williams add to that Williams' normal height, weight and stamina will be cancelled out completely and for the last part mostly. It's hard throwing 1000 punches against someone who hurts you every time you get hit.

Williams is faster then Hopkins...throws more then Hopkins....has a longer reach and better jab then Hops...and throws from more angles then Hpkins...Pavlik needs room to operate..Williams will give him none and will be all over his ass...from the opening bell.

Pavlik has never fought a guy who literally wont stop throwing.......Hes going to look confused as **** come fight night...the faster....better fighter will win and thats Paul.

I don't think Williams is faster than Hopkins actually at least his single punches. He throws more yes.. More opportunities for Pavlik to hit him back the, correct? More angles? Not at all.

Pavlik may have never fought someone like Williams but it's the same for Williams too, he has never fought someone as big, powerful and as hard hitting as Pavlik. There's some things you can prepare for and fighting a power puncher for the first time isn't one of them.
