I've got a feeling that Floyd will do a no mas on September 19.

Floyd is a lot of things, however a quitter is not one of them. I hope he does though.

alotta fighters brake their hands in fights. what he did is no special. I think the only knockdown scored against floyd was attributed to the fact that he broke his hand.

Didn't we hear Victor Ortiz say he was too young to be taking this kind of punishment. And could you imagine JMM quitting on his stool? I sure don't. Floyd on the other hand, has quit running through his blood lines. How about Roger Mayweather against Julio Caesar Chavez in the second fight? And I hope this fight isn't tarnished by something like a fighter bailing out early. But if anybody does it, it would have to be Floyd. What say ya?
The doesn't fight to prove the best bit is taken way out of context by everyone, he meant he doesn't need to fight Margarito to prove who the best is because he already has proved it... people just take what he said out of context.

The injury thing, he has had quite a lot of problems with injuries through his career... this is nothing new. Like you said though, JMM wont quit...

floyd quit? i don't see it happening. even the haters could admit that floyd is no quitter. the guy is too proud to lose that way.

Not many fighters have had hand problems like Floyd, he has shown determination to pull through with that hand problem in that fight and others and nobody can take that away from him.

The TS said he has never had to pull through anything tough since the Castillo fight and that is BS cause he has had bad hand injuries which he has pulled through in fights and you can't take that away from him, give the guy credit where he is due.

gimme a break, RJJ beat B-hop with one hand(the wrist is where the shock from the punch hits the hardest), Gatti battled ward with both hands broken, Abraham fought on with a broken jaw against Edison Miranda, Edwin Valero could very well die in the ring at any moment but he fights on(He had a severe head injury and could only fight in a handfull of states). Yeah i know mayweather has hand problems but, I've definitely heard worse. You guys are making it sound like he's at a major disadvantage here, like every fight is a struggle for him. He shoulda stayed retired if it's so damn bad. But anyway I see Mayweather whooping JMM's ass, this fight is really a tuneup for his proposed "5 fight plan/hitlist". Floyd has better handspeed, power, defense, stamina, counterpunching ability, IQ, you name it, he's got an advantage in that department. The only thing that could impact this is that, he's been away from the ring for quite some time now, ring rust can definitely take these advantages away and make for a tougher fight than expected, but Floyd's smart, he only fights somebody if he's completely sure he will win no matter what.

I guess anything can happen, but I'd be shocked if it did. I actually see Mayweather stopping JMM late. But I've been wrong before, lol.

Yes and all of those guys doing these things shows heart and how they pulled through when having a bad injury... just like Floyd did... which means he still managed to pull through when times where tough.

And for **** sake I am not acting like its a holy thing that deserves a reward... I am just saying times were tough and he managed to pull through, the TS said that there were no other times where Floyd has had to pull through a fight being at a disadvantage but I gave the point of hand problems... which were a disadvantage and shown heart to pull through and win the fight.

I haven't over hyped it, I haven't made it sound like it was some god like thing to do... I aint saying its the biggest amount of heart shown in a Boxing match, I am saying that he was at a disadvantage and managed to shake it off and had the determination to pull through, that's it... which the TS said he has not done anything apart from the Castillo fight, which he has as I have just said.

The word quit isn't in Marquez or Mayweather's vocabulary...
