Good question.

I would say Amir Khan because he will be able to get by some fighters by keeping things long, where as Ortiz tends to lean in more with his head over his right foot and that leaves him in range to be hit more imo.

I think they both have shaky chins though. I suspect Khan's chin wont be as bad at the higher weight, just a hunch.

well khan could be a great fighter under freddy roach imo
but ortiz is promoted by golden boy,whereas khan is promoted by that c**t frank warren so............
