Why is PacMan not a welterweight?

On day of the fight he comes in now at 147...Mayweather comes in at 147-149, even when Mayweather was at super-welterweight he was only 150

Pacman should be a welterweight, I'd love to see him fight more at 147.

pacman holds the cards here...he wanted the CW, he got it. against oscar, oscar held all the cards, not floyd, so floyd had to bend to oscar's demands.

in the second fight, oscar probably tried to pull all the strings again, even though floyd won the first fight, and floyd was like "to hell with that."

cotto wins, and there's a rematch, cotto will probably have a lil more leeway, in terms of demands.

The 147 Pound Hatton and the 154 Pound Oscar both KO Pacman.

Mayweather comes into welterweight fights at 147....
He does come into fights at 147, but welterweights that show up at weigh ins at 147 weigh 160 or 170 on fight night. Therefore a fighter that weighs 147 on fight night is severely outweighted against welterweights.

Mayweather gets away with it because he doesn't fight any welterweights.

The 147 hatton?? Hattons best weight is 140 at which pac fought him. Floyd actually made him come up a division to fight him. As for a 154 oscar v pacman, thats more interesting and im sure oscar would have put up a better fight
