If Pacquiao wants to fight at WW for titles then contracts should not stipulate a catch weight. If he just wants money, fight at whatever weight, no ***** from me. Since he wants to make his legacy as first 7 division champion, he should do it without angling to get advantages because it makes a possible victory VERY hollow. If Manny could beat Cotto at 147, kudos to Manny. If not, no worries, Cotto is naturally bigger.

Manny is asking for a handicap AND title. roach said it himself, 'we don't need Cotto without the title.' It means little to most people, but if it means that much to Team Pacquiao he should earn it without exposing himself to ridicule, doubts, detractions and the attendant controversy by fighting at 147.
