I would agree, however, as I stated Cotto's jab is faster than Manny's straight left. Are you going to sit here and say that Cotto's jab is slower than Manny's right hook, straight left or essentially anything other than his jab? I'm saying Cotto's jab is his way of watching Manny's move, and its power is near that of a power punch. Its how Cotto will use timing to keep manny from putting his combo's together, he's shown both the power and timing of it. He's knocked down two guys with it, and used the timing perfectly against Mosley and against marg in the early part of the fight. And sure, you can say the guys he knocked down were off balance, but the fact is that it was done with a jab, proving its power.
