thats bull****,i know everyone is on the boxers side on here,but the reality is boxing and streetfighting are two diff things..boxing is good it can help u..but whats a boxer who doesnt like to fight in the streets gonna do to someone whos got expirience on the street..those bastards got no rules ..there is a book about an english hooligan forgot what team he supported..he got in a fight with american boxers in a bar..he won the title the night b4 started showing off in a bar..they got smashed by the hooligans..and it wasnt a outnumbered fight..the hooligan said maybe one guy out of their group could fight for real..the rest dropped like flies.

Lets say some really hard pub dweller, who is famous for ko'ing bouncers or something and he fights someone like i dunno Chad Dawson for example, same size who wins in a bar brawl?

A street fighter will always win cuz a boxer has two weapons by force of habit, while SF has 9 including the head, and can get a hold of anything, while a boxer tends to use only his fists due to being more idealistic.

In boxing there isn't so much pushing and wrestling (barring the occasional clinch), whereas a street fight normally gets started with a big push to the chest, some threatening shouts of "WHAT THE FFFF****??!!", and a charge.

Obviously you'd have to give the edge to the boxer if things get ugly at a distance, but once the pub brawler (if he isn't drunk in this instance!) goes for a grab or something, it could go any way if the latter packs a fair bit of grunt.
