He was down in the score cards 3 zip, he was not going to dig himself out of that hole. Karma is a biatch and so is Campbell. Diaz fought on when he was cut but Campbell pulled out like a wuss.

It is not open for debate, he quit.

You cannot say he did not quit. It is a fact.

The question is whether it was warranted or whether it was Rahman-like.

Personally I am ok with it, though it seems most others aren't.

He did quit, but it was justified. He was going to be lucky to win with 2 eyes, with only 1 he had no chane.

Campbell quit, but it was for a good reason (he was blinded and seeing spots).

if it was just a cut that his cutman could've work on I wouldn't excuse it, but in his statement it was much worse than a cut, a blood vessel in his eye burst and blinded him.
