Oreo-la should put up a good fight for 3-5 rounds. Then he will gas and vit will pick him off and land at will. The fight will end somewhere between the 6th and 9th rounds depending on how good oreo-la's chin is and if vitaly is himself gassed.

lol Vitali is still a decent fighter but I doubt he has enough left to take out Arreola, who is a pretty tough fighter with a lot of heart. Vitali is a GREAT fighter.
Vitali came back after a 4 year layoff and destroyed Sam Peter and Juan Carlos Gomez.
Peter was the WBC heavyweight champion and was ranked #2 by Ring Magazine, he was coming off an impressive 6th round KO over Oleg Maskaev and a dominant shutout win over James Toney.
Vitali easily destroyed Peter in 8.
Juan Carlos Gomez is one of the greatest cruiserweights of all time, made 11 title defences. He was a legit Ring Magazine Top 10 Heavyweight, WBC #1 contender and was coming off a dominant win over Ring Top 10 HW at the time, big tough hard hitting Vladimir Virchis.
Vitali dominated Gomez, knocked him down 3 times, KO'd him in 9.
