At the end of all this **** the fight will still be of 2 mens trying to KTFO the other one and we will not care about any damn belt or money that they make because the only thing that we are supposed to be aware of is that those 2 mens enter the fkin ring on 11/14 at 11 pm with Michael Buffer saying "let the best man win , LETS GET READY TO RUUUMMBBLLLEEEEEE" and i will be in the edge of my seat watching a classic because guys this will be a classic !

lets clear this up any thing from 141lbs to 147lbs is a welter weight fight the agreed upon weight is 145 that is within the ww limit so the title can be on the line period there is no rule saying the fight has to be at 147 for it to be a ww title fight

The problem is that they are telling Cotto he is not allowed to weigh 146 or 147 in defense of his weltewrweight title. The WBO should be backing Cotto for safety reasons, but they only care about money and they plan to get it either way. This sets a dangerous precadence. Now fighters with a lot of money, like Mayweather or Pacquio etc...can demand a middleweight Champion to defend his title at 155 or a Lt Heavyweight to defend at 169. Cotto should keep it a non-title fight then after the fight refuse to pay the fee and tell WBO to ram the belt it up their ass cracks. Manny doesnt deserve the chance to win a welterweight belt unless he has the balls to fight the champion within the weight range of 141-147.

Cotto is getting robbed. If he puts the belt up, he gets taxed. If he doesn't put the belt up, he gets taxed. Just vacate the belt, he can always fight for another vacant belt. Hell, when the Pacquiao fight is over, he can go fight Clottey again for the vacant wbo title.
