I guess the right hands that Cintron was landing had nothing to do with his loss

Paul Williams lost to Quintana and took his pride and shine back later. Angulo can do the same.

I agree, paul lost to a mediocre fighter and came back and KOed him out in one round............priceless....

Angulo is still a good fighter, but I dont see him ever beating Cintron. He did look a little off, but I think Cintron gets him 9/10 times. I dont think its comparable to PWills loss, PWill had the tools to beat Quintana the first time he just didnt use them, Cintron is just a bad matchup for Angulo. He'll never be great, hes good and thats what happens when good fighters fight other good fighters sometimes they lose.

Lol he will never beat cintron. Cintron sucks plain and simple he got his ass beat my marg twice by martinez and cried about it. Angulo may not have alot of tools but he puts alot of pressure and thats a way to beat cintron keep pressuring him. In the early rounds angulo wasn't putting any pressure at all when he decided to do it from the middle rounds and the later rounds. cintron was going down he was running and huggin just to stay alive. cintron was exaushted, weak, and no legs at the end. Just imagine if he gets presured since round 1.

And remember this is the best cintron has ever been, he was in the best shape of his life, better trainer and for me the way he fought wasn't impressive, is not like he cruised the whole fight he struggled alot physically. Would like to see the rematch with angulo again or martinez rematch if he wins maybe ill be impressed.

Angulo will look pretty good and wim by KO. Glad to see him on Friday Night Fights. Any word if he wins who he may fave November 7? I'd like to see Angulo fight Mayorga, Chavez jr, or even John Duddy. I think any of those guys fighting eachother would make for highly entertaining fights while they lasted.

I honestly dont see how Cintron sucks. He may be lacking in the heart department, but he does have some skills. Hes a decently athletic fighter with a good punch. I dont think Angulo has the physicality of Margarito, which is how Margo beat Cintron. To me it looked like he wanted to pressure from round 1 last time, but he wasnt enjoying getting punched in the face.

Normally after a loss as bad as that Cintron loss, I'd write off a fighter like Angulo. But more than one person pointed out how he couldn't even eat after the weigh in, that he had a table full of food waiting for him and everything and he couldn't eat. And I didn't even notice it at first, but he did only throw 2 punches at a time for most of the fight, when he says he's at his best when he can throw 3's and 4's.

I don't know though, for bein sick he lasted a full 12. And I don't even think he finished that strong, it's just Cintron was dead tired from moving and boxing the whole fight. Cintron's reach was the only thing that ****ed with Angulo it looked like, Angulo looked mad sluggish and Cintron was just moving backwards and dropping shots from a distance on Angulo anytime he made a weak attempt to get inside. If he comes out strong on friday and just plows this kid and looks completely different, I think that will say a lot about the moments before the Cintron fight.
