    Referee David Mendozas phantom punch

Here is the punch that referee David Mendoza claims caused the cut to Nate's eyebrow immediately after the headbutt. You can clearly see Nate already protecting the eye, and the punch landing under the jawline.

    Nice job ref.

Its a little bit easier when you get to look at the still shots. He was wrong, but during the fight I can see how its possible to think that punch landed.

We all saw what happened Terry, no need to fan the fire. BTW, what's next for Nate?

exactly. all the excitement combined with the speed of the punches, it's understandable.

but you would think that a referee would call the headbutt as the cause of the bleeding if they admit they saw one, which he did.

I know, but it really frosts me when I read people saying Nate was looking for a way out, or that he was getting his ass kicked, and crap like that. The butt changed everything......

Next is the appeal hearing on Aug 24th........

It shouldn't. U can tell by the type of comments these posers make that they know jack shyt about this sport. most detractors are upset at nate for the pacq comments.

I was rooting for Nate and although Bradley seemed to have been winning the fight, I was confident that Nate would come back at some point. Terry, thing is, it really did look like Nate wanted a way out although I knew he didn't, the way he screamed, "Yeah, stop the fight!", that right there told me, something was really up with Nate's eye. I've seen Nate take wose beatings and come back, I'd atleast like a rematch which I don't think will happen. Shouldn't have question his heart, I hope it turns into a ND.
