I thought he was found dead on the couch when I first heard that he died. But now that they show his body underneath the stair case, it kind of makes me think he could've commited suicide. But how did those stab wounds end up on the back of his head?

is that the only pic from the scene? you cant see the face its a fake someone poseing as gatti .if it was real it would have come out right after.fu#king police were paid off and thay resently staged this fake pic and story.burn in hell all of you with that *****.

It is possible that Arturo hung himself from those pictures. He could have jumped off the staircase. Doing so would have caused him to snap backwards into the stairs and could have caused damaged to the back of his head.

The rock throwing thing sounds far fetched. Are there witnesses or was anyone arrested for assault with a deadly weapon on Gatti? Wouldn't a loving wife have them arrested due to the fact that rocks thrown at the head could have caused serious damage?

The place where the body is located makes sense as to why she didn't see him for so many hours. (from what i can see)

Her complete lack of remorse shows she should rot in hell, but as stated above, it doesn't mean she did it. (Although, it's likely she could have)
