Why pick ona CW/HW?

Does Hopkins need to fight a boxer out of their natural weight zone?

But still, why can't he face Dawson or someone else in the LHW division? Why pick on a CW/HW?

500K US is a lot less than that. And lol at pick on. Though Adamek was recently a LHW, and Hopkins seems to have his eyes set on two guys that, though they can hit and come to fight, aren't exactly the best boxers, Adamek and Froch.

Anyway I see Hopkins coming in around 190, Adamek coming in his usual 199 or so, and Bernard putting on a boxing clinic. Unless he ages overnight.

Hopkins wouldn't be able to clinch Adamek as easily like he would Dawson and Chad has a weaker chin than Adamek does even though he is a more skilled boxer. Adamek isn't more dangerous, Adamek isn't Joe Calzaghe where it could provide problems for Hopkins.

Yes I do talk **** about Hopkins fighting smaller guys. But I will also talk **** when he cherry picks. I rather have Hopkins fight THE GUY IN HIS DIVISION TO SEE WHO'S THE BEST IN IT.

I think you are giving Adamek way to much credit. Hopkins is an all time great and still arguably one of the best fighters in the world. Adamek is a good fighter but he isn't anything fresh or special in the boxing world, dime a dozen. Hopkins wouldn't beat him as bad as he beat Pavlik but he would probably win 8 or 9 rounds.
