again, the headbutt happened at 2:15 of the second round.. Nate complained about not being able to see when Bradley was flurrying his ass in the third and had hit him with 3 left hooks to the left eye. You telling me those 3 left hooks had nothing to do with hi not being able to see? If it's caused by a punch the fight must go on.. Even Cotto who couldn't see out of one eye fought on against Clottey.

anyway, it's not worth losing an eye for someone elses entertainment.. if indeed it is that he couldn't see. I'm just stating that Campbell is an idiot and a hypocrite and so is everyone backing him up because he quit but hella dissing Cotto for taking a knee due to exhaustion or Ortiz who at least put up a fight.

If anyone had more right to quit out of the three I would say it was Cotto though, at least he fought and gave it his all.. Ortiz tried. Campbell just looked for the ref.

You contradict yourself. First you say it's not worth losing an eye but then you say that Cotto had better reason to quit. What risk was there to Cotto? I don't fault Cotto for quitting, but that man definitely isn't a quitter either.

Cotto took a savage beating but was never in danger of permanent damage. No more then any other boxer who ever enters the ring.

Ortiz didn't quit. I watch that fight with Maidana all the time. My favourite fight so far this year. Like Victor said all credit to Maidana he fought an awesome fight.

Well Campbell apparently couldn't see in all fairness... if he was seeing black spots like he said then it was the right thing to do to go get it checked immediately, you can't mess about when it comes to that kinda stuff it aint just like a normal cut.
