He didn't try to cheat against Mosley. Capetillo put knuckle protecting pads on his hands, big deal. It only constitutes an infraction under CSAC rules.

No biggie, he'll be back.

Even if he had those PADS in his hands against Cotto, they are soft and meant to protect the knuckle, not destroy it.

Margo was never use to taking a punch to the body. When Mosley landed that first body blow in the first round , Margo was hurt. He never touch Mosley is that fight. Cotto never went to the body and was on the backfoot most of the fight. Cotto fought the wrong fight against Margo. Same with Mosley fighting the wrong fight against Cotto.

If Cotto would have stayed in the middle of the ring, he would have never got touched.

Do I think he used plaster against Cotto? Yes I do. But do I believe he still fought the wrong fight? Yes I do. Do I believe there are fighters that punch hard then a fighter wearing plaster? Yes I do. While Cotto is saying Margo should be banned. He should want a rematch to prove he can beat him.

Well i would like to think that the commissions are actually doing their jobs and making sure that the handwrapps are applied correctly. However the ****ty CSAC didn't notice the wraps for the Mosley fight, ****m Richardson did.

Because plaster restricts the movement in the joints, bones and limbs. There is a reason why people with broken bones wear plaster casts to heal the bones.
