Reid, Woodhall, Eubank, Mitchell were all genuine world champions, he's also fought a lot of tough fighters too. Give him the chance against Hopkins and we'll see a beating.

I'm not bais to any nation, i watch every fight with an open mind and i cant see why the UK gets so much ****. They have some very good fighers who should be shown a some respect before you can expect them to fight in the US.

I will agree that Calzaghe is not a good choice of representation as he's injury-prone. He was due to fight Glen Johnson (a fighter whom Woods went the distance with twice) but had a back problem.

I don't like the way Frank Warren protects his fighters, though after seeing Robin Reid "lose" to Sven Ottke and Eastman "lose" to Joppy I can see the reasons...

I'd forgotten that. He does have a genuine fear of flying. He is getting itchy feet about the competition though. Ricky Hatton kicked up a stink in 2004 about the lack of quality Warren was getting him. Now he's up against Tyszu.

I seriously think the reason he's scared of flying is because he's so confindent and wanna be macho. I know a lot of tough guys who really hate having their life in someone else hands.

I think Calzaghe could do more to get the big fights but he's very happy with the money Warren gets him.
