You have to take into consideration that Cotto
did have a HUGE cut over his eye that discouraged

Yes, we all know that..but my interpretation of his statement is that he feels like cotto is laughing inside because he is having a tough fight that is making him look weak while team pac is observing his performance but he really wasn't, instead it was just a bait for team pac?..

I see you guys going back and forth but just wanted to intervene
and say that I would have to agree that Cotto didn't fight smart
in that match with Margarito. He boxed well but he never had a
game plan to neutralize Margarito or stop his rhythm like
Williams and Mosley did. Cotto allowed Margarito to get into
his rhythm and comfort zone by not engaging him in the middle
of the ring AND Cotto laid on the ropes and let Margarito
put his work in, PLUS Cotto never had a plan or a strategy
to execute his best punch which happens to be his body punch.
I'm not trying to get in the middle of the beef, just wanted to
reply on a Boxing note.

Hey Grustler, have you seen "assault in the ring (collins jr-resto)" If you see this documental you will understand that Cotto did follow his gameplan and it was being succesful with it but the other guy just was mentally stronger because he knew that it was just matter of time . My recommendation for you sir and every boxing fan is to take a look at this documental , it is awsome !
