LOL @ Mayweather - Marquez Tickets

Just spent some time at Ticket Master looking at tickets for the upcoming fight for Mayweather & Marquez. There are tons of tickets still available from $1000 to $150. I was easily able to look for 20 tickets at $1000 and 20 tickets at $150 - (Ticket Master only allows you to get 10 at a time, but I checked on 2 computers at the same time).

I agree with Roach when he says this fight will not happen. Ticket sales are going to suck, then you also have UFC 103 on the same night = no money for Floyd. LOL

Did you know the box office was still open on saturday the day of cott vs marg? And it sold out. Same thing with shane and mosley and they broke staples center attendance record. There's over a month till fight night. If you think jmm and floyd two great fighters will be fighting in front of anything less than a sold out crowd then you are a fool.

why would they cancel cotto and Manny. Mayweather shouldve fought Manny first, now he looks like a dumbass.

But Cotto and Manny are doing their own thing without GBP and Mayweathers sorry promotions.

Because of the current on going weight limit issue difference of 2lbs. If Cotto stands by his decision of not putting the belt on the line at 145lbs, then he'll probably vacate the title and the fight ends up being a non-title fight anyway and Manny will probably just back out.

Of course tix are always available, but the real indicator is the secondary market (ie. all the ticket brokers who buy the tix and jack it up and resell em).

Brokers never bought Mayweather-Marquez tix in huge blocks like they are Pac-Cotto.
