I thought boxing mags were a thing of the past since by the time you get it you already read the news on the internet.

You can buy the Ring here http://www.magazinedealsnow.com/titl...title=THE+RING for $34.95 for a 1 year subscription. I bought it but it took like 5 months for me to get the first issue, still it's better then paying $53.70 from the Ringtv website.

Didn't realise Oscar owned the Ring Mag considering he was born 50 yrs after the 1st issue............

nice try....right now the ring is owned by golden boy, it even says so in that article you linked to trying to discredit me...historically its tops in my opinion, and even to this day the picture quality and writing is top-notch but its not hard to tell who calls the shots now

Boxing monthly talks about world boxing,In this months issue it talks to Jean pascal and talks about Marcianos legacy to name a few.
The Ring is extremely biased to America.

All publications are three months behind, especially the monthly ones so we can't really fault The Ring for that.

I've never read Boxing Monthly but sounds like it's worth a read.

Boxing monthly isnt 3 months behind,In this months issue(August) its talking about Khan beating Kotelnik so this mag is about 2 weeks behind.
