Not even close.
It was good, but not that good.
And I like Morales better.Comment

That's easy for me, Morales all the way, i always thought Barrera was a dirty fighter, i just saw MAB vs Morales 2 last saturday and i came up with the same conclusion, Erik got robbed, i had it 115-113, very close cause Barrera closed the fight applying more pressure, but he didn't do **** in rounds 1-6.
I saw Barrera launching his head (very common practice of him) at least 3 times, 2 low blows, and then he just threw Morales to the ground. That dude has always been one dirty mother****er. And IMO there should have never been a part 3 since Morales won the first two, very close fights, but i had Morales slightly ahead on both.
People here in the Mexican media tend to have a preference towards MAB cause he's from Mexico City vs the guy coming from nowhere from a border town. **** all those putos chilangos.Comment

Tell us a little bit of how Barrera tried to skin his boxing gloves against Rocky Juarez in the rematch. You're one of the respected writers on this site. Shed some light on it.I always thought Morales was far more consistent throughout his prime and against a steady stream of exceptional competition. But what he always lacked was a CONVINCING signature win. That, and their own trilogy, pushes Barrera slightly ahead in my opinion, perhaps their trilogy providing the tiebreaker.
I was a fan of both, more so of Morales, but rate Barrera higher at the end of the day.Comment

Morales by far. Barrera is a *****. He didn't even try to fight Pacquiao in the rematch just so he could say he went 12. Plus, Barrera acting like he won that second fight was just pathetic. The first fight could have gone either way though I had Barrera edging it, but that 2nd fight was a clear Morales win.Comment
