Klitschko vs Arreola is Getting Close For September 26

BoxingScene.com was advised that a heavyweight clash between WBC champion Vitali Klitschko and challenger Chris Arreola is very close to a done deal. Contrary to some reports, the fight is not signed but both sides "do not see any obstacles that will prevent the fight from being finalized." [details]

That's almost two months. It's only August 3.

Still, it's his first title shot and I think Chrisobal should get more time to prepare, at least 3 months. I think Vitali doesn't want to give him adequate time to prepare.

This is more of a financial decision for Arreola cus He aint ready for this. Bad decision, bad management, he will get knocked the **** out.

I think that the last part of the above letter is one of the sillier comments. Arreola has been in "keep-fit" training for a fight like this for months. He's the best American heavyweight around at the moment and will use the next 2 months for specifics.

I doubt that he'll win, but he could get lucky, and I don't think that there's anyone around right now who could do better. He's a pretty big guy himself, and shouldn't be "outmuscled".
