Is Bob Arum a Hypocrite?

Like many of you, I also watched the HBO special Assult in the Ring. Very good documentary. I did kinda feel bad for Resto but then i realized, wait.. he did know what's going on.. Miguel Cotto said it best, boxers know whats going in their gloves..

But what i didnt understand was Bob Arum was there saying how fuxxed up the Resto and Panama were for doing what they did and that they shouldn't ever have their lisences re-instated, Yet he stands by Margarito and says he did nothing wrong..

Is it just me or does anyone else find this fuxxed up? Granted he is a GREAT promoter, but i find this disturbing.
