i don't get what your point is. margarito's situation is basically what you described. he was caught before the wraps were used and was punished. that would only be attempted cheating but still not actual cheating.

Plain and simple! Margy should not be able to fight!!! If you were caught trying to kill someone, but didn't cause the popo's got you first then you mean you should be set free? I am saying the popo's even got all the evidence. **** that you should get life or the chair.
