Why does Margarito deserve respect??

This is not a hate thread...just a simple question on why does Marg deserve respect??

I seen a thread last night saying Marg deserves respect?? I really dont get it..Marg got caught wrapping his hands..hell the man is banned now for it.and could possibly never box again...and yet people say he deserves respect??? why?? I really dont understand??

I just dont get it..if your gonna say something ****** I'm not even gonna reply to you.

Cuz in the fight he was caught trying to plaster up he got his ass handed to him and didn't "quit"..

Could u imagine if he would've quit against Mosley tho?..Plaster and Quitting = Career OVER!..

I was actually a fan of Margarito before I found out what he done!!I am not willing to give him any kind of respect at this point!!I can't believe that against Mosley was his first time cheating!!There is no proof either way,but the way he destroyed Cotto and the heavy punching Cintron,well..............

My view on it all, summed up quickly (For those too lazy to read the thread I posted).

He tried to cheat, that was bad, make no mistake about it. But, that didn't help him walk through bombs from Cotto, Cintron, and to some extent, Mosley. Would a coward have came out for round 9? After that beating...

The guy is tough as hell, and has balls.... I respect him for that.
