Manny Pacquiao has his own promotions company. It's called MP Promotions which mainly promotes Filipino fighters and produces local movies that stars Pacquiao himself.

Methinks Bob Arum promotes Manny in USA, because Manny is not familiar with US. Look at the recent IRS maneuvering of Bob regarding to Pac's US tax.

could you explain the last point more please?

I know he promote in philipines and he is also hold his own shopping malls, land and other business there in the philipines.

But after awhile Manny is bigger than Arum and he could go the same direction as Floyd and Oscar being self promoted but it could be he still trying to understand the system of business in USA or something.

But after Manny wins Cotto and becomes bigger than life charater he could departe from Arum someday.

Due to the The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulation called the Substantial Presence Test, defined as a calculation that determines the resident or nonresident status of a foreign national for tax purposes in the US, Arum said Pacquiao has to spend the first four weeks of training outside US territory.

Arum is still on the top of his game, that's why I have him tied at #1.

just MO but since I am in this industry I thought I would share some points

Schaefer and Oscar should switch places considering its Schaefer that makes GBP run not Oscar. Oscar is a figure head nothing more.

DeBouf should be a tad higher.

Al Haymon may arguably be the most powerful man in the sport yet most of you know little about him thus his way 14 ranking

Don King is way too high he has lost a lot of his appeal and pull.

Hopkins has no influence at GBP and GBE still hasnt gotten off the ground. He should be off the list as well as Manny Steward who really has no pull. Heck you could make a case that Merchant has more pull considering he is consulted about matchups more than Manny is

                  some omissions IMO

Brad Goodman- matchmaker talent scout Top Rank
Kery Davis- HBO Sr VP of Programming

Thanks Eaner, will edit some, but no all, on my list base on your suggestion.

By the way, Al Haymon is publicity shy, so that's the reason I have him so low, I have read very few about him.
