Campbell claimed he had spots, if you lisetned to the corner when that Doc was in there, he asked Nate if he was seeing spots....at NO time did the DOCTOR say he saw blood in the back of the eye, all he could go by was what Nate claimed, the doctor didn't even use any instruments to check out the eye while he was in the corner...he told Nate he'd have to examine him.....Campbell would have said anything to get a NO CONTEST.......

there's no need for name calling, you have your opinion and we have ours...only campbell knows what the truth is......all we can go by is what we observed in the ring!!!

He's a ***** who tried to take the easy way out, but Campbell is still right. The headbutt caused the cut and it should have been a no contest.

Referee`s decision is always final. Even Tyson`s appeal re- Buster Douglas was not reversed. Just a waste of time.

nate did'nt lose any respect from me. i see his point. not taking anything from bradley. but i see nates point. that cut was side ways at the eyebrow and went verticle up his head. under the opening is where the real damage is at.he did the right thing and cotto should've too.

I don't know what campbells team are saying here. From the fight footage, I didn't see the doc saying 'I see blood behind your eye' or anything like that. Campbell said 'I can see spots', then the doc said we'll have to stop the fight. This blood behind the eye is a load of bull**** IMO.

The cut was above his eye, on his eye brow. Aside from the blood dripping into his eye, I struggle to see how this cut hindered his sight. But, thats just my opinion and I ain't no doc

If it's an injury and the fight was stopped wouldn't it be a TKO anyways? I thought the ND rule was only in an event where the fight was stopped due to a cut caused by a headbutt, if Campbell suffered some type of retina injury then should that be changed to a ND?

Headbutt caused the cut, and the allegation was that ancilliary damage
to the eye, severe enough to cause loss of eyesight, resulted from it.
Should have been an ND, especially so early in the fight. That said...

I suspect Nate was wishing for a way out even before the headbutt.

Did you see the huge head clash?

Did you know that Campbell has a long history of fighting with cuts and has never before quit or even said so much as "I can't see", which makes you realise that he obviously could not see out of that eye and had spots coming up.

The doctor knew immediately what was happening when he said "I've got spots in my eye", "I can't see, I can't see man". That's a big sign of retinal damage. You think he's gonna say that if it was a normal cut that he's fought through on any number of occasions before? It's obvious that none of you even know that he's fought his whole career getting bad cuts because of his eyebrows and he has never needed to stop a fight. You guys that are bitching are such whining little scum. You seriously have no idea what goes on with fighting. None of you have ever been hurt, punched, headbutted or whatever and you whine when a pro champion fighter says he has spots in his eye, that he can't see and the doctor sees blood behind his eye, which is a symptom of retinal damage.

Do any of you have any idea what even went on? God, you are so ****ing clueless! You're all bitching and whining and why the hell are you bringing up Cotto? He could see out of his eye! Blood was running into but mainly down the side of his face. Campbell had spots impairing his vision as well as blood behind his eye and running into it from above.

Why is NSB full of such ******s? They never follow a fighter until one fight in which he says he can't see and the fight gets stopped and suddenly he's a quitter with no heart who's never fought through anything and is just a ***** ***** who can't take anything, without realising that he's prone to cuts and has been used to fighting with them his entire career and has never before said he can't see or that he has spots in his eye.

Good K! People act as if they were in the ring last night instead of on their couch watching tv.

Bradley would not be denied last night and Nate had NO answer for the barrage of punches that were being thrown at him......I hope Nate's appeal gets denied....GO RETIRE, YOU ARE DONE!!!
Maybe...Just maybe....you think......he retired to the corner after the butt and sat on the ropes because he really was seeing spots? He looked really out of it...and it wasnt from clean punches.
