I agree with this, both are guilty of the crime, but Panama Lewis looks like he's on Don King level of persuasion and Resto didn't look sure of himself at all.

Lewis looked more like his pimp; especially, in the first visit and even when Luis stood up for himself, he couldn't look him in the eyes for too long or really confront him.

That said the only victim in any of this is Billy Collins Jr...Resto was trying to hard to look like a victim...He was a grown man and he knew what was going on...he went with the flow because he wasn't man enough to confront Panama or he knew if he played his part there would be a big future for him.

He deserves to never be a part of the sport.
