I watched both cards on 2 monitors ..lol
Delvin gassed himself out after the 6th rd, seems that the guy got weak stamina.

At the Mohegan Sun Casino in Uncasville, Connecticut, Isaac Hlatshwayo (29-1-1, 10 KOs) won a close twelve-round split decision over Delvin Rodriguez (24-3-2, 14 KOs) to capture the vacant IBF welterweight title. The scores were 116-113 and 116-112 for Hlatshwayo, and 115-113 for Rodriguez. [details]

His stamina was okay, he was still fighting hard in the 12th round.

He was somewhat hurt in the 7th and his legs almost left him, and so he slowed down for a couple of rounds.
