All those dudes that test positive for some performance enhancing drugs....should be suspended, fined and barred from any, and all activety relating to that particular sport, ie; Baseball, Football, Swimmimg, etc., and given a second chance....BUT when you illegally empose an edge, in particular where the competition can and will sustain injury...punishment must be enforced!
