It was reported that due to unsettled matters with regards to both demands of the fighter, manny pacquiao is now targeting sugar shane mosley and immediately called bob arum to cancelled the fight. this is also an attempt of pacquiao to soften miguel cotto to agree for a title fight since manny believes that he is the draw in this fight and cotto has not in the position to demand.
