How much longer can Roach fight his Parkinson before it totally takes over him?

    How much longer can Roach fight his Parkinson before it totally takes over him?

    It sucks because the guy is today's premiere boxing trainer. I'm a Pacfan and I believe that without Freddie, Manny would not become the best boxer he is now. Good for Pacquiao since Roach is still capable of training him and they have maybe only two more fights before the former retires. But what about Freddie's new students like the Brits Khan and Mitchell. What if Roach in a few years can not do what he is capable of doing to make the next boxing greats?

    Depends really, I have a friend who has Parkinsons. It effects certain people in different ways, he can talk perfectly but it's the small movements that he struggles with. Also when he's talking it never looks like he's looking at you, more like staring past you (don't know if thats relevant)

    Some people it affects their speech faster than their movements. We'll see through the videos and interviews if he gets progessively worse slowly or fast. He may still be able to formulate game plans though..

      my grandfather have parkinsons.. you cant really tell. since freddie is taking medication and exercies regularly i think hes in good shape compared to others who had parkinsons for years

        Yup but Freddie works best doing the mitts.
