i dont believe at all in the weight excuse during the Mosley fight. he is a big welter so it cant be easy but he looked his best only 7 months prior against Cotto and then had trouble with weight against mosley...its possible, but i dont buy it..its more likely that he knew he was screwed wit the hand wraps and didnt come into the fight in the right state of mind

if the fighters who used drugs are either banned or stripped of their title, fighters who are also found guilty of using illegal wraps should be meted the same penalty. the only difference of the two infraction is that in the first, the boxer self-destruct himself years after using drugs, while in the second, the boxer is destroying his opponent in that fight. if margarito think he can overturn the decision of the csac, he's wrong. the commission is not that gullible as margarito think. the guilty verdict will stand, and margarito's license will still be suspended.
