He is probably right because the oscar that fought floyd was wayyyyyyy better than the oscar that fought pacquiao. What else would roach say? Pacquiao is his fighter.

yea if he hits harder than De La Hoya which he was a middleweight. Why not fight Cotto at his regular weight.
