Is simple; if Pacman wants to be a WW champ he has to fight at WW limit and beat Cotto. If he just want to beat Cotto he can try a Catchweight but that DO NOT makes you a WW champ
It was already OFFICIAL since yesterday. It will be a WBO ww Title fight at 145. And all arguments becomes useless from here on.

He is a champ.. All of those Cotto's fights were cab drivers..

I am more interested to watch Pacman against Edwin valero...

          Zab was a cab driver...check
          Mosley was a cab driver...check
          Clottey was a cab driver...check

Interesting how you seldom see anyone commenting on Pacquiao's two most recent fights. Legitimate wins, both, but odlh was weakened and hatton...pfft...hatton was a hype job from day one. Not Pacquiao's fault but those are the sources of his latter day celebrity. Cotto takes all challengers.

If 147 then Pacquiao would need more time to make his body a full 147 pounder, like Cotto. Otherwise we will have a 160 pounder vs a 147 pounder on the fight night.
