      at 145 is at the welter limit bro. 141-147 is welter with 147 being the max limit

                145 is WITHIN the welter limit not AT the welter limit....if the belt is on the line it should be at the limit like normally or else this is gonna keep happening more and more (I know its happened in the past but its dumb or else whats the point of the weight classes)

                Plus Pac wouldn't even defend the belt so whats the point its just being whored which takes even more meaning away from the alphabet belts
