    Gatti-Ward I: What A Dull Fight

I'm joking, of course. What a bout! Yeah, it's old news to many, but for a Limey that doesn't get to see all of these matches, then it was everything it should have been.

I'm surprised Gatti lost, but it was close, so that's okay. That sort of match is the sort of thing that if you saw it in a Rocky movie you'd think it was too OTT. Gatti's there after nearly having his head taken off, fighting with nothing left, yet managing to put everything he has into shots. Wow.

All the more surprising (to me, anyway) is that he was hurt and TKOed by that little ***** DLH 14 months earlier.

That "*****" DLH put Gatti on his place. Oscar hurt him with a JAB that set up the first knockdown. Of course, Gatti looked tiny but that match should give you an indication of how good DLH truly is.

I have to give credit to DLH for giving such a one-sided beating to Gatti.

Here's a question: why hasn't Gatti taken on Tzysu yet?

I got Gatti-Ward 1 and 3 a couple of weeks ago, 1 is a great fight to watch, a right tear up. You could see in 3 that Gatti had got the measure tactically of Ward so repeated his win from fight 2. Didn't Ward come to England a few years back and fight an English fighter, I seem to remember watching him on the tv?

                    Lol
