With the way things are going now between Cotto and Pacquaio ... I'd say let the camps try to work it out, and if they both can't come to terms ... walk away. Either way Pacquiao wins because there's always SSM. Who is more then willing to agree to Pacquiao's terms, and as of right now maybe a lot easier a fight to make. Either fight is a tough fight, but I think Mosely as of this point would be a lot easier to deal with.
