Why does Froch slag off Khan so much?

I mean it's not like they're in the same division or anything, I guess it's cause Froch and Witter are good friends. Or maybe Froch is jealous of the exposure Khan gets in terms of being on box office etc when Froch's fight wasn't even shown live here, in that sense I can understand him.
