First of all how the hell does Manny get Ranked #1 by the WBO? Also, if Cotto vacates and Manny by some miracle of god wins the belt because he paid the sanctioning fees, then will he defend it a welterweight champion? I ask cause his mandatory would then be Joshua Clotty... Will Manny then vacate instead of fighting a big 147 pounder? If he is then what is the point of having the belt on the line. Is he just trying to win a 147 belt only to throw it away himself after this fight or is he planning on trying to make every 147 pounder come down to 143 to fight him even though the limit is at 147? Hell, we might as well create a new division just for Manny, the 143 the junior light welterweight class!
