Cotto agreed on a fight with Manny at 145. Manny wanted Cotto to come to him at 140. Cotto said no. Cotto wanted Manny to come to 147 LIMIT Pac said no...OK lets meet in the Middle! YES and YES! Both agreed. Shouldnt be a problem unless Cotto knows he will lose this fight. If he were confident in his self nothing would stop him from taking on or out the best P4P fighter in the world. INSTEAD he wants to risk losing his biggest PAYDAY and a shot of being sprung through the P4P rankings for some belt that was a gift to him anyway. Not to smart or CHICKEN ****? The useless belt you're talking about represents the 147 Lbs Champion, if he wants that belt he should fight at 147, period.

Why is it that pacman fans don't understand what is going on but cotto, mosley, floyd and every other fans understands which fighter is causing the drama. It's like floyd being the WBO champ and him and pacman agreeing to fight at 145 for NO TITLE, THEN pacman wants the title.....we all know floyd would ALSO say 147. Am I wrong?

Exactly they already agreed to 145lbs non-title. I'm glad you realize its Manny changing his mind. BTW do you know what negotiations are? If Pac wants the belt then he has to make some concessions. Go up to 147lbs or why not change the split.

I'm sure a 45-55 would make Cotto put up his WBO belt. But Manny can't get everything and not expect to make some concessions himself.

lol.... Why? Because Cotto is not going to let pacquiao have his way and get everything he wants. Cotto is saying i'll fight you at 145 as WE BOTH AGREED and no title ORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR title at 147. Cotto is also telling pacman.....What is more important? Beating me or title? Cotto will throw away title but STILL fight pacman but pacman is more concerned about title. Why? Because it'll make him 1st fighter to win 7 division titles. Sorry pacman, if you want to beat cotto, it'll be without 7th title if you keep this up.
