Paul will dominate early, Pavlik will get used to the pace and punches in the middle rounds, and then dominate late for a decision victory.

Paul is no Hopkins. What made Hopkins' assualts so effective is that he was in and out, used his speed, then got out of there on the defensive. Williams will try and stand toe-to-toe which will be his downfall in the fight. Both men are pressure fighters, the difference being is that Pavlik is alot more sturdy when coming forward. He's never taken a step back, which will open Paul up. Paul doesn't box around you, he just throws right in front of you and uses his lengthy arms to hit spots most wouldn't be able to at that distance. I feel this fight can easily go either way. I'm leaning toward Pavlik might stealing rounds with giant right hands, because that's the dragon slayer for a southpaw, especially Williams who doesn't give much head movement.
I agreed with you till this. Williams doesnt give much head movement? He's got some real great head movement. Look at the Margarito fight. The only reason why someone will say he doesnt have great head movement is because he gets hit a lot. And thats because he always sticks his chin out when punching. He's got great head movement, he just doesnt know how to tuck it in.

As for the fight: A great counter puncher with power will whoop Williams definitely. I actually see this happening just like the Williams - Margarito fight...but with a little bit different outcome. Pavlik may knock Williams down if he sticks on him and possbily tko Williams. The thing about this fight is that we just dont know about Williams chin against someone like Pavlik. I guess we'll find out. Because eventually Pavlik will catch him, just like Winky Wright did in that one round ( I think the 5th round) and almost all of Williams opponents. I got pavlik by TKO.

Will definitely be a great fight!!!! Lots of sparks.

Pavlik better not enter the ring with that mentality.
I agree...and the shots Paul took where when he was at 147....his chin may even be better at 160 pounds...

If Paul Williams Boxes Kelly then I see him takin the fight by ud.But if Pavlik turns it into a brawl and lands that straight right a couple of times, that could do Pwill in.
