      In the last two fights against Pac, yes he was. He was struggling to make 130 and it definitely showed.

          ******ed article. the writer says cotto should be able to deal with the weight drop but if he loses its because he couldn't deal with the weight drop. looks like they're already trying to make excuses for cotto.

          he came in for the clottey fight at 146 so a one pound weight drop shouldnt change much. the only difference it would make would be mentally.
