Whoever thinks the 2nd round was close or even had Hatton winning cant score fights properly.
Hatton landed only a measley18 punches (out of 78) the entire fight...lol. Pac landed 38 in the 2nd round alone (31 with power).
Even if Hatton landed all of that only in the 2nd (which was not the case because he only landed 10 shots), he was still being overwhelmed by Pac who was more precise and had more power landing close to 60% of his shots. STFU how close the 2nd round was... jeez. It cannot be more obvious how Hatton was being outscored and outclassed in that round.
BTW, of the 73 that Pac landed in the fight, 65 where power shots. Pls. Ricky, with the way you're talking, you sound like damaged goods mentally if not physically. Just retire and enjoy your millions while you still have what's left of your wits intact.
the 2nd round wasnt even close.. Hatton landed only when he clinched..
Yup, he couldn't even get proper leverage because Pacquiao was pushing him. He landed only a few solid punches during clinches and some low blows and rabbit punches as well.

Hatton landed a good few power punches in that second round, that's because unlike the first round he actually boxed instead of rushing in with the hands down.
But the first round took it's toll and you can see Hatton fade badly towards the end of the round, he looked tired and ending up throwing a tired punch that allowed Pac to KO him.
I don't think he was winning by a mile as he suggests, the round was even imo, Hatton started well but Pac took control towards the end before the knockout.
Hatton was never going to beat Pac, but nor is anybody else, least of all some fat yank.
