He's not too small to fight at Welter but he is the smallest WW in the sport and he could comfortably make 140

IMO....

going down t o140 would weak him... he can make it for sure... but i think hes body is fully developed now.. and now more with his 2 years layoff i wouldnt recommend that

If Floyd can't make 140 and has to fight at 147 then he should be fighting 147 pounders, not blown up lightweights and junior welterweights.
