Can someone please clear this up. Is Valero able to fight in Nevada or not?

    Can someone please clear this up. Is Valero able to fight in Nevada or not?

    I've been reading about the Nov 14 fight will have Soto vs. Valero as the undercard. That is f'ing aaaaamazing. One thing though last I've heard he wasn't able to fight in the states or just Nevada.

    I couldn't find any good sources to officially say so. So can someone please give me reputable source thats clears it up. THANK YOU.

          never read any news yet that he could. it should've been all over the internet by now if he could, or i might have missed it. he could fight in texas though i believe.
